Japanese Language and Culture Instructor
A nationally registered Japanese language teacher who also leads the development of Nepali teachers at LeadX Nepal.
Miyajima Chihiro is an experienced Japanese language educator with a professional background in language teaching, insurance services, and corporate sales in Japan. Since October 2025, she has been serving as a full-time Japanese Language Lecturer at LeadX Nepal, where she also supports the management and development of Nepali teachers, contributing to teaching quality and professional growth.
Previously, she taught international students at Tokyo Jyoti International Language School, specializing in curriculum development, JLPT preparation, examination design, student guidance, and academic support. Before entering education, she worked at AXA General Insurance Company Limited in insurance claims and customer relations and at Sagawa Printing Company Limited in corporate sales, client management, project coordination, and employee training.
Chihiro holds a Bachelor of Art and Design from the University of Tsukuba, Japan. Her professional qualifications include the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test, a Japanese Language Teacher Training Course of 420 hours or more, and registration as a nationally registered Japanese language teacher. She also holds an art teaching certificate for junior and senior high school education in Japan.
