Rikesh Maharjan is a talent acquisition and recruitment professional with over four years of experience supporting technical and non-technical hiring, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations. Since joining LeadX Nepal in March 2025, he has been responsible for candidate screening, interview coordination, counselling, interview preparation, and onboarding support, helping candidates navigate the recruitment process with confidence.
In addition to recruitment, Rikesh contributes to social media management, digital promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives. He also builds relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to support outreach and recruitment activities. His responsibilities include assisting trainees with visa application and Certificate of Eligibility (COE) documentation, maintaining candidate pipelines, and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.
Previously, Rikesh worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alpha Beta Theta Technologies (ITSutra), an HR Recruiter at BM Nepal (Bookmundi), and a Recruitment Specialist at JobAxle. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a Financial Writer at Datalytics Nepal, gaining experience in research, data interpretation, and content development.
Rikesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Campion College, Tribhuvan University, graduating with First Division, and has undertaken digital marketing training at TechAxis IT Training Institute.
